LPE Osteopathy – Cancellation Policy

At LPE Osteopathy, we are committed to providing high-quality care while ensuring appointment availability for all patients.
To help us manage our clinic schedule effectively, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or changes are made
with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged at the
full appointment fee. This policy allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient
who may be waiting for treatment.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth, reliable service for everyone.
